The Sales Assistant position will aid in overseeing customer service, calling and emailing current customers, order picking and packing, product inventory management, and creating orders daily on a Shopify database linked to our consumer website. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assisting our customers via Email and Phone
• Picking new orders received from our Online Store 
• Receiving and sorting new product shipments into product shelves 
• Maintaining product inventory counts 
• Organizing and maintaining a clean workspace and stockroom  
• Working as a team with colleagues to complete tasks 
• Calling registered clients to assist with setting up accounts

Qualifications and Skills 

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Shopify experience preferred, but not required 
• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as a team player
• Ability to make key decisions under pressure 
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure

Compensation: Ranging from $17.00/Hour to $23.00/Hour depending on past experience.
