Sales Assistant

The Sales Assistant position will aid in overseeing customer service, calling and emailing current customers, order picking and packing, product inventory management, and creating orders daily on a Shopify database linked to our consumer website.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assisting our customers via Email and Phone
- Picking new orders received from our Online Store
- Receiving and sorting new product shipments into product shelves
- Maintaining product inventory counts
- Organizing and maintaining a clean workspace and stockroom
- Working as a team with colleagues to complete tasks
- Calling registered clients to assist with setting up accounts
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Shopify experience preferred, but not required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a team player
- Ability to make key decisions under pressure
- Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Ranging from $17.00/Hour to $23.00/Hour depending on past experience.
